About Stephanie

I know what it feels like to wonder, “What now?”

My path has included career transitions, difficult decisions, and moments when I had to step back and reconsider what mattered most.

I know that feeling of being stuck between where you are and where you want to be.

Sometimes you know something needs to change but can't yet see the path forward. Other times you know exactly where you want to go but need support turning intention into action.

Those experiences didn't just lead me to coaching. They shaped how I think about change, growth, and the role of a coach.

How I coach

I believe people are more capable than they often realize.

I don't see coaching as giving advice or having the answers. I see it as creating the conditions where people can discover their own.

You already bring knowledge, experience, and strengths to the conversation.

My role is to create the space, ask thoughtful questions, and offer the support that helps you discover your own best way forward. Together, we explore possibilities and turn insight into action.

Together, we work to:

  • Gain clarity about what matters most.

  • Build confidence in your decisions.

  • Take meaningful action toward the future you want.

A little about my background

The way I coach today has been shaped by both formal training and the experiences that brought me here.

My coaching brings together formal coach training, evidence-based behaviour change approaches, and more than 20 years of experience helping people and organizations navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change. I earned my coaching certificate at Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver, whose program is aligned with the professional coaching competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a member of the ICF.

Before becoming a life coach, I spent over two decades working in sustainability and ESG. I partnered with leaders across retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, and consulting to help organizations respond to complex challenges, make thoughtful decisions, and lead meaningful change. Working in both large organizations and small consulting firms gave me the opportunity to see change from many different perspectives.

I pursued doctoral studies focused on sustainability and organizational change. Although my professional path evolved in new directions, my interest in understanding how people and organizations grow, adapt, and thrive has remained constant.

Outside of coaching, I'm a mother, an enthusiastic traveller, and a lifelong learner. I enjoy exploring new places and ideas, and I'm deeply curious about how people grow, adapt, and make meaningful change.
